Число жертв ливней и оползней на Филиппинах в результате тропической депрессии «Усман», увеличилось до 85 человек, еще 20 числятся пропавшими без вести.
Более 45 тысяч семей в регионе оказались в эпицентре стихии, многим пришлось покинуть свои дома. В большинстве случаев погибшие, среди которых были и маленькие дети, стали жертвами обрушения домов в результате оползней.
